The Crew Story


Chris Geideman is a well established restaurant and bar manager with an exceptional culinary background. After having worked at various restaurants and bars in Westchester & Fairfield counties, as well as abroad, Chris wanted a place to call his own.

In March of 2007 Geideman acquired the space in which he would make his dream become a reality. Geideman's parents were an active part in the opening of the restaurant and were as enthused about the business proposition as Geideman.

Work began immediately on creating a menu and a drink list that blended familiar and foreign tastes resulting in the mouth watering menu that Crew currently boasts. After months of construction and preparation, Crew opened its doors to the public on December 12th, 2007 and have been a local success since.
